Short, lowercase, hyphen-separated, and descriptive of the page. Three to five meaningful words is usually right. Drop filler words where they do not change the meaning, and keep the primary keyword near the front.
Hyphens. Google treats a hyphen as a word separator and an underscore as a word joiner, so my_cabin_guide can be read as one token while my-cabin-guide reads as three words.
You can, but you generally should not. Changing a live URL drops its accumulated rankings and breaks every existing backlink unless you set up a 301 redirect. If you must change it, redirect the old URL to the new one.
