The Peak Properties Google Search Console performance report

The same growth curve, straight from Google Search Console. July’s 1,706 clicks and 173,131 impressions, over a 9.8 average position, match the numbers cited above exactly — no third-party estimation involved.

The starting point

For the fifteen months before InkSTR, Google search sent The Peak Properties almost nothing: between 2 and 26 visits a month, averaging around 13, per the Wix Analytics traffic-source report. The site lived on Facebook, Instagram, and people typing the address directly. Five markets' worth of luxury mountain rentals — Breckenridge, Whitefish, the Poconos, Fairplay, and Driggs — and search was effectively invisible. In March 2026, the month before the program started, Google delivered 26 visits.

Why it took off

The first articles published in April 2026 — 114 of them over the following four months, built pillar-and-cluster across all five markets. Every article grounded real property details into buying-intent searches, was structured answer-first with TL;DR and FAQ blocks so both Google and AI engines could cite it, and linked readers straight to the properties that matched what they searched for.

What happened next

By July 2026, Google was sending 1,924 visits a month — 74 times what it sent in March — and the Wix source report grew a category that barely existed before: referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Google Search Console tells the same story from the other side: 1,706 clicks and 173,131 impressions in July, appearing for 5,939 distinct search queries, up from 290 clicks and 38,145 impressions in May, its first full month of tracking. And the traffic is converting: two confirmed direct bookings — more than $2,500 in booked revenue — have already come through the site, commission-free, with the growth curve still compounding.

The playbook

What ran in the background, week after week.

  • Pillar-and-cluster topical authority for every major guest intent
  • Real details from all 5 properties grounded into every article
  • Buying-intent keywords mapped directly to bookable listings
  • Answer-first structure with TL;DR summaries, built for AI search citability
  • FAQ sections with FAQPage schema drawn from real searcher questions
  • E-E-A-T signals and schema markup on every post
  • Auto-published to Wix on a steady cadence so the site compounds week over week
  • Independent coverage across 5 markets: Breckenridge, CO, Whitefish, MT, the Poconos, PA, Fairplay, CO, and Driggs, ID
  • Internal linking that distributes authority across the whole topic graph

These numbers come from one operator over a four-month window, measured in Wix Analytics and Google Search Console rather than third-party traffic estimates. The playbook — pillar content, real property data, AI-search-ready structure, consistent publishing — is the same one we ship to every InkSTR customer from day one.
